Our business plan includes increasing the below market rents to reflect those of the current market. This will be done by strategically upgrading both the exterior and interior of the properties, which will enhance the classic unit interiors and allow achievable rents to match those nearby. Our team aims to attain best-in-market rents and attract high quality tenants to increase revenue and maximize value at Green Meadows.

The View at Mission Ridge
Scope of Work: Construction included stripping the building down to its studs and completing a 100% rebuild. In totality, 5 buildings were rebuilt and amenities such as a fitness center, on-site laundry, and an outdoor swimming pool with stunning vistas of downtown Chattanooga were added. All of these enhancements resulted in developing a coveted Class B apartment complex in the city.

Scope of Work: Demolished the interior of the entire building and built out 55 Class-A lofts that featured ceilings in excess of 12 feet. The street-level featured 3 retail spaces and included amenities such as a rooftop deck, indoor bicycle store and dog walk, a business center, and a 24-hour self-service pantry available to residents via biometric access.
